Forge Physio
Forge Physio exists for people who take their physical capability seriously. People who work, train, lift, run, and want their body to support the life they are living. The foundation here is the belief that your body is adaptable and strong, and that with the right guidance, it can return to feeling and performing that way again.
Philosophy
Pain is often your body trying to protect you. Instead of fighting or ignoring that signal, we learn from it. We look at how your body is responding and help it reorganize in a way that makes movement feel natural, efficient, and str
Frequently Asked Questions
Nope—and that’s by design. I don’t answer to insurance companies. I work for you. That means no approvals, no visit caps, and no cookie-cutter care. Just what you actually need, when you need it.
It’s a hands-on method using thin needles to release tight or overworked muscles. It’s great for easing pain, restoring movement, and calming overactive patterns. Not acupuncture—this is based on anatomy and movement science, not meridians.
Most sessions run about an hour. If it’s a deep dive, we’ll go 75. Quick-hit needling sessions are 30 minutes. Every visit includes hands-on work, movement-based treatment, and a real plan moving forward.
Wherever makes sense—your house, your gym, your job site. I’ve also got access to a few partner spots around Greenville. We’ll pick what works best.
Think gym clothes. Shorts and a tee or tank are perfect. If we’re targeting a specific area, make sure it’s easy to get to.
Not in South Carolina. You can book directly—no need to see a physician first.
Usually, yes. Unless something’s seriously off, we’ll keep you active. The goal is smart movement, not shutting everything down.
If it involves joints, muscles, nerves, or movement—I’m your guy. That includes post-op recovery, old injuries, stiff spots, nagging pain, and performance tweaks.
It’s just you and me. No aides. No recycled exercise sheets. No waiting around. We go straight to the root of the problem, and we fix it—fast.
Give me at least 24 hours if something comes up. Late cancels or no-shows get charged in full. I’ll respect your time—you respect mine.

Dr. Austin Laff
I am a physical therapist and a lifelong lifter. I have spent years studying how the body works and just as many years experiencing the process of training through setbacks, building strength, and rebuilding when needed.
Because of that, I understand what it means to want to return to the things that make you feel like yourself. Training isn’t extra for many people. It is part of identity and confidence. I treat with that respect.
You will get clear explanations, a plan that makes sense, and work that meets your body where it is while helping you move toward where you want to be. I guide, teach, and support. You bring the effort you already have.
If that feels like the right fit, we’ll work well together.
